These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of pjmotorsport.com (the “Site”). The Site is owned and operated by PJ Motorsport & Performance Centre Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”, “pjmpc”, “pj motorsport”). By using the Site you agree to these Terms.

1. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site (including text, images, logos, graphics, and downloadable files) is the property of PJ Motorsport Ltd and/or our content providers. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute Site content without our prior written consent, except as permitted by law.

2. Acceptable Use

You must use the Site lawfully. You agree not to: (a) infringe others’ rights; (b) infringe any intellectual property rights; (c) attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site or another user’s account; (d) post unlawful, offensive, or misleading material; or (e) engage in fraud.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Review their terms and privacy notices before use.

4. Limit of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PJ Motorsport Ltd and our directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site.

5. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PJ Motorsport Ltd from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Site.

6. Dispute Resolution

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, either party may propose mediation with a mutually agreed independent mediator. Mediation is non-binding. Nothing prevents either party bringing a claim in small claims court or seeking urgent injunctive relief or protection of intellectual property rights.

7. Changes to the Site and to These Terms

We may update the Site and these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted. A “Last updated” date appears at the top of this page.

8. Severability

If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remainder shall continue in full force and effect.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. UK courts shall have jurisdiction, subject to applicable consumer protections.
