How to Complain

Mediation

If we cannot resolve your complaint, either party may propose non-binding mediation with a mutually agreed mediator. Costs are typically shared equally.

Other Rights

You retain the right to bring a claim in UK small claims court and to seek urgent injunctive relief or protection of intellectual property rights.
