Your Right to Cancel (Consumers)

If you are a consumer in the UK or EU, you may cancel your contract within 14 days without giving a reason.

• Services: 14 days from the date of purchase. If you asked us to begin services during that period, you must pay for work performed up to cancellation.
• Goods (single delivery): 14 days from the day you (or your nominee) receive the goods.
• Goods (multiple deliveries): 14 days from the day you receive the last item.
• Goods (regular deliveries): 14 days from the day you receive the first delivery.

Exclusions

• Custom or personalised goods
• Goods liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly
• Urgent repairs or maintenance services requested by you
• Accommodation, transport of goods, vehicle rental, catering, or leisure services tied to a specific date

You can use either of these methods to process a cancellation:

Returning Goods

If you cancel after goods have been dispatched, return them as soon as possible. You are responsible for return postage and for the goods until we receive them. Use secure, trackable shipping and keep proof of postage.

Refunds

• We refund all payments received for the contract, including standard delivery costs (not any enhanced delivery you selected).
• We may deduct for any loss in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
• We will refund within 14 days of receiving the goods back (or of receiving evidence they were sent back). If no goods were supplied, we refund within 14 days of your cancellation notice.
• Refunds are made to the original payment method.
