Terms of Sale (Goods & Services)

These Terms of Sale apply to purchases of goods and services made on pjmotorsport.com. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

1. Products and Services

We sell motorsport goods (including engine parts) and services (including workshop services). Product descriptions, images, and availability information are provided in good faith; minor variations may occur.

2. Order Acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. We will confirm receipt by email, but order acceptance occurs only when we dispatch the goods or confirm the service booking. We may refuse or cancel any order (e.g., for pricing/stock errors, suspected fraud, or regulatory reasons). If payment was taken, we will refund it.

3. Pricing & Taxes

Prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable unless stated otherwise. We may correct pricing errors at any time. See also our Payments & Pricing page.

4. Payment

We accept major credit/debit cards and PayPal. You authorise us to charge your selected payment method for your order total, including shipping and any taxes or duties where applicable.

5. Delivery, Risk & Title

Delivery options and timeframes are explained on our Shipping & Delivery page. Risk in goods passes on delivery to your address or to your nominated recipient. Title passes once we receive full payment.

6. Right to Cancel (Consumers)

If you are a consumer in the UK or EU, you may cancel most distance purchases within 14 days—see our Returns, Refunds & Cancellations for details and exclusions (e.g., custom goods, urgent repairs, or services performed within the cancellation period at your request).

7. Warranties & Compatibility

Statutory rights apply. Motorsport and tuning products may require professional installation and may increase component wear. It is your responsibility to ensure compatibility with your vehicle and intended use.

8. Liability

We are not liable for losses arising from improper installation, misuse, or use contrary to manufacturer guidance or road-use regulations. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or other liabilities that cannot be excluded by law.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Sale are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
