Our Dynapack 4WD chassis dynamometer delivers a more controlled and consistent testing environment than a traditional roller-based dyno.

Instead of placing the vehicle’s tyres onto rollers, the Dynapack connects directly to each wheel hub. This direct-drive setup removes the tyre and roller interface, providing exceptional vehicle stability throughout every test and allowing us to apply a precisely controlled hydraulic load.

By eliminating wheelspin, tyre slip and inconsistencies caused by tyre pressure, temperature or roller contact, the Dynapack produces reliable and repeatable results. This also helps prevent misleading or unusually high “freak” power figures that can sometimes occur during roller-dyno testing.

The ability to accurately control engine speed, road load and operating conditions makes the Dynapack an essential tool for professional tuning and ECU calibration. Each adjustment can be tested under consistent conditions, allowing us to clearly measure how the vehicle responds and refine the calibration with confidence.

A dyno power run provides an accurate measurement of your vehicle’s current performance, including power and torque delivery across the rev range. It can be used to establish a baseline, assess existing modifications or compare the vehicle’s performance before and after tuning.
